Buzzers Answer - which street is better to buy on?

Talk about a loaded question. We have Buzzers living in all three areas, and people tend to get protective of their choices of where and how to live. But beyond the homerism inherent in this kind of question, what this home buyer is looking at is three separate flavors of the same neighborhood.
Portland is adjacent to EAV, which means easy access to the Village, but also a lot of hustle and bustle outside your door. Newton is walking distance to the Village, but not right on top of it. Cavanaugh is a good way’s out, but the buyer is looking at a bigger, newer house they couldn’t afford if it was closer to the Village.
